Today Monroe Harding announced to the public that approximately 20 acres of undeveloped land in the Green Hills area of Nashville is for sale. The property is adjacent to the campus of Monroe Harding on Glendale Lane. The land is currently zoned R20, which means that it is suitable for low-medium density residential, requiring a minimum 20,000 square foot lot and is intended for single and two-family dwellings.

Job Summary: Monroe Harding has a vacant part-time position that requires staff to remain awake during the night. Candidates need to be aware that they will be responsible, during the overnight shift, for young adults living independently in off-campus housing.

Hours: Part-time counselors will work 11 pm - 7 am.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Will consider applicants with at least one-year’s experience in residential setting. Must have a valid TN Drivers License.
