Monroe Harding, Inc. is seeking to fill the position of Apartment Manager.
The perfect candidate will be able to teach daily living skills; have experience interacting with young adults; help meet their needs; have the ability to establish and maintain an appropriate, caring and consistent relationship with the young adults and possess a strong set of organizational and leadership skills.
Hours: Wed., Thurs., Fri.—6PM-10PM; Sat. & Sun.—12N-8PM (hours may vary)
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience.

FILLED 11-7 Independent Living Counselor (Part-Time Position)
Monroe Harding has a vacant part-time position that requires staff to remain awake during the night. Candidates need to be aware that they will be responsible, during the overnight shift, for young adults living independently in off-campus housing.
Hours: Part-time counselors will work 11 pm - 7 am.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Will consider applicants with at least one-year’s experience in residential setting.

FILLED Full-Time Education Assistant
The Full-Time Education Assistant will assist with educational needs and direct care of boys ages 16-21. Provide transportation to GED classes, alternative schools, etc. Monitor behaviors in classroom for students not enrolled in school, sick, and/or suspended students. Some classroom instruction in basic subjects, computer lab, recreation, current events and issues, etc. Provide guidance and instruction for youth interested in post-high schoolwork, college tours, act/sat preparation, financial aid, etc.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm
Requirements: Bachelors degree in related field is preferred. Associate degree in related field required. Two years experience is acceptable as substitute. Experience in education setting with adolescents is preferred.

The Part-Time Education Assistant will assist with educational needs of young males, ages 16-18. Supervise and implement daily educational plans. Some classroom instruction in basic subjects, computer lab, recreation, current events and issues, etc. may be included. Provide guidance and instruction for youth interested in post-high schoolwork, college tours, ACT/SAT preparation, financial aid, etc.
Hours: Monday - Friday, daytime hours. Only serious inquiries will be considered.

FILLED Youth Permanency Coordinator
Monroe Harding, Inc. is seeking to fill the position of Youth Permanency Coordinator.
Job Summary: Adolescent Independent Living program seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual with experience in engaging older adolescents to fill the position of Youth Permanency Coordinator. Applicants must be knowledgeable about child welfare issues/trends, permanency for older adolescents, and resources in the Middle Tennessee area.
Responsibilities include coordinating community services for youth aging out of care. Participate/Facilitate in Child and Family Team Meetings for youth aging out of care.
Identify current family support systems with youth. Develop a plan with family and youth to strengthen as well as maintain that relationship. Recruit adults within the community to establish relational permanency for youth. Track program outcomes.
Hours: F/T Salaried Position
Requirements: Must have a minimum of a BS in Social Service related field and 3 years of experience with service delivery to older adolescents. Case Management experience preferred.
