Middle Tennessee Collaborative ‐ Monroe Harding is the lead agency for the Middle Tennessee Collaborative, a group of child welfare agencies in the state. Through this Performance Based collaborative, agencies work together to provide a continuum of quality and timely services promoting positive growth for children, youth, and young families.

Independent Living Residential Homes provide a safe place for youth to live as they Transition into the community. The young people live in homes off campus and benefit from Monroe Harding guidance and regularly scheduled counseling.

RSI Foster Care and Adoption Services provides an array of therapeutic foster care services that children and their families need to overcome emotional trauma, abuse and neglect, or limitations caused by disabilities. Services focus on helping youth achieve permanency through reunification, kinship care, or adoption.

Cooperative Living Residential Homes On campus residential programs include two progressively independent levels of living experiences. Both levels include education, vocational training, life skills and—most importantly—the support and guidance of a caring adult.

Youth Connections—Connecting Youth to their Community is the resource center for those who are between the ages of 18 and 23 and have previously been in foster care. The center provides assistance with housing, employment, well‐being, education, life skills education, financial literacy and an on‐site thrift store.

Project S.H.A.R.E. (Supporting Healthy Attitudes Regarding Education) works with Metro Schools to prevent at‐risk, elementary school‐aged children from developing problems that could require them to enter into the social service system. Beginning at an early age, they are encouraged to participate in school and to achieve academically and socially.
